How the Process Works
Send us your building measurements, pallet sizes and weights, forklift model and target pallet count. If you have a floor plan, that speeds things along, but measurements alone are enough to get started.
Our designers return a CAD layout showing rack rows, aisle clearances, bay elevations and per-level capacities. We usually give you two options: one that maximizes selectivity and one that maximizes density, so the tradeoff is visible.
The quote lists every component separately, including uprights, beams, wire decking, row spacers, footplates, anchors and column guards. Nothing is bundled into a mystery line item.
Installation crews handle delivery coordination, unloading, assembly, anchoring and leveling, plus removal of packaging. Afterward you receive capacity plaques and documentation for each rack configuration.
