Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Pallet racking, layouts and installation for Brentwood offices with warehouse space, service companies and light industrial users.
Storage space in Brentwood is expensive, and most of it was not designed for warehousing in the first place. Companies here often run distribution out of a modest back-of-house area attached to office space.
That is a solvable problem. We install pallet racks in exactly those spaces, sizing frames for moderate clear heights, tight turning radii and pallet jacks instead of large lift trucks. The result is a clean, organized storage area with real pallet positions, put together without disrupting the office side of the building or the tenants next door.
Brentwood buildings along the Maryland Farms and Old Hickory Boulevard corridors are typically office-forward, with warehouse space as a secondary function. Ceilings are lower, floors are finished, and the loading area may be a single dock or a grade-level door.
We plan around those constraints instead of pretending they do not exist. Shorter uprights, narrower bays and hand-loadable levels often make more sense here than a full forklift-oriented layout.
Appearance also matters more in this market than in a pure distribution building. Straight rows, consistent beam heights and tidy end-of-row protection make a shared space look organized when clients or partners walk through, which is a real consideration for the businesses we serve here.

We collect the basics first: usable clear height, obstructions, door and aisle access, pallet or carton dimensions and weights, handling equipment and how many positions you need.
Then we produce a CAD layout with row placement, aisle clearance, beam elevations and load ratings, sized for the equipment you actually use, whether that is a pallet jack, a walkie stacker or a small forklift.
Pricing is itemized: uprights, beams, decking, supports, protection, anchors, freight and labor. For smaller projects we frequently offer a hand-load configuration that lowers cost while still adding real capacity.
Installation crews work quietly and cleanly, protect finished floors during assembly, anchor and level every frame, and haul off all packaging when they are finished.
You receive capacity documentation for each configuration, and we keep your drawing so added bays match the originals.
