How do I figure out how many pallet positions I can get?

We calculate it from your clear height, column spacing, aisle width and lift truck. The free CAD layout shows the exact count, and we can model a second option so you see what a different rack type or aisle width gains you.

What aisle width do I need?

Your lift truck sets it. Counterbalance trucks typically need about 12 to 13 feet, reach trucks about 8 to 10 feet, and very-narrow-aisle equipment about 5 to 6 feet. Aisle width drives storage density more than almost any other decision in the layout.

What weight capacity do my beams and uprights need?

Enough for your heaviest pallet at the beam spacing you actually use. Beams are rated per pair at a given length, and upright capacity drops as the distance between levels grows. We spec both from your load data and provide load plaques at turnover.

Do you install pallet rack?

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation, with experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. Frames are anchored to the floor, plumbed and leveled, and you have one point of contact from layout to turnover.
