Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Pallet rack systems, layouts and installation for Springfield and Robertson County manufacturing and storage facilities.
Springfield's industrial buildings often have more life left in them than storage capacity. Solid structures, decent square footage, but layouts that were set decades ago and never revisited.
Rethinking the racking usually recovers more space than anyone expects. We design and install warehouse racking for Springfield operations near the Highway 431 and Highway 76 industrial areas, measuring the building as it stands today and building a layout around it. You get a CAD drawing, load ratings for every level and an itemized price before any steel is ordered.
Older manufacturing buildings in this area come with quirks: uneven floors, low overhead obstructions, columns in awkward positions and rack rows that grew organically over time.
We deal with those directly. Frames get shimmed and leveled properly, bay lengths get adjusted to work around columns instead of skipping whole sections, and beam elevations are set to your real load heights rather than a default spacing.
There is often existing racking in place too. Where it is safe and identifiable, we integrate it into the new plan rather than replacing everything, which keeps the budget focused on the areas that actually need new steel. Where a frame is damaged or unrated, we say so and quote a replacement.

First we collect measurements and load data: clear height and obstructions, column spacing, pallet dimensions and weights, forklift specifications and desired pallet positions.
Our designers produce a CAD layout with rows, aisle clearances, beam elevations and per-level capacities, incorporating any existing racking we can safely reuse.
Quotes itemize new components separately from labor, and we note which existing rows are being kept so the scope is transparent.
Installation crews handle delivery, assembly, anchoring, shimming and leveling, decking and accessory installation, plus removal or relocation of any racking being replaced.
Turnover includes load capacity documentation for each configuration and a walkthrough of load limits with your team. Drawings stay on file for later expansion.
